How to Use
- Apply 5-8 drops of Nabhveda Kosha directly onto the target area.
- Using firm pressure, massage the oil in upward, circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let it Absorb. For the best results, leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes.
- Be Consistent for 30 Days. Ayurveda works best when you are regular.
